Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

  • Items within Canada are shipped using Canada Post and couriers (Intelcom, Fedex, Purolator, and Canpar)
  • Tracking numbers for all larger packages are sent with your shipping notification
  • USA shipping: Pip Robins is not responsible for paying for duty, taxes, or tariffs that customers may encounter or be asked to remit before accepting their package. Your patience is expected as we navigate the new rules and processes. 

Return policy

  • Due to the recent complications at the the US border, all items shipped to the USA will be considered final sale 
  • Pip Robins will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on Canadian orders
  • Please contact Gillian within three days of delivery to start the process
  • If you need to cancel your order, please send a request ASAP
  • Any refunds will be processes by your credit card company within 2-5 business days
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Any shipping costs required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale or clearance items. No exceptions.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
