Shipping and Returns
- Items within Canada are shipped using Canada Post and couriers (Fedex, Purolator, and Canpar)
- Tracking numbers for all larger packages are sent with your shipping notification
- Pip Robins will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Please contact Gillian within three days of delivery to start the process
- If you need to cancel your order, please send a request ASAP
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded
- Any shipping costs required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility
- Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale or clearance items. No exceptions.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
