Shipping and Returns


Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the mail system, your order will not be delivered as swiftly as usual. The new general delivery time ranges between 7-21 business days. If you do not see a tracking number in your shipping notification, it is because your order has been shipped letter mail (with a stamp), and there is no tracking available. Please trust that everything is being done to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Items within Canada are shipped using Canada Post and couriers (Fedex, Purolator, and Dicom)
  • Items to the United States and all other countries are shipped with Chit Chats/UPS/USPS
  • Tracking numbers for all larger packages are sent with your shipping notification, however due to COVID-19, there are no guaranteed shipping times

Return policy

  • Pip Robins will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
  • Contact within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
    • Because of the nature of these items, custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged nor refunded
  • Any shipping charges required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale or clearance items. No exceptions.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
